Our Services
Nexus Growth Pro provides website design and development services for trade and service businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project will be clearly outlined before any work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the finished website. For monthly subscribers, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of agreement. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or temporary suspension of work.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time. The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to that point. You will not have rights to use unfinished or unpaid work.
For monthly subscribers, cancellations can be requested via our contact form and will be processed within 1 business day.
Nexus Growth Pro reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of non-responsiveness, abusive behaviour, or failure to meet agreed payment terms. All completed work remains our intellectual property until payment is fully settled.

Confidentiality
Any business information, creative materials, or strategic details you share with us during a project will be treated as confidential. We will never disclose this information to third parties without your consent. We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement if required.
Revisions
Our standard project includes one round of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated clearly before any extra work begins.
